Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £24,500 – £28,000 per annum (based on qualifications and exemptions)

About the Role
Are you a recent graduate with exemptions from early ACCA modules? Join our growing finance team as a Junior Accountant (ACCA Exemptions Pathway) and fast-track your qualification.
We’re looking for candidates who have completed an accredited degree (e.g., BSc Accounting, BAcc, or Accounting & Finance) and are eligible for exemptions from the ACCA Applied Knowledge level. You’ll gain real-world finance experience, supported study time, and mentorship as you work towards full ACCA qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external reporting
- Support period-end close processes including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Maintain general ledger entries and assist with audit preparation
- Process VAT returns and support regulatory compliance
- Assist with budgeting and variance analysis
- Work closely with senior accountants and external auditors
- Apply your academic knowledge to practical finance operations
